[fixes and changes]

-added SEVERAL new interactions for thwomps and spike crushers with the environment

-spike crushers can now kill hammer bros

-bob ombs now properly get lit up by fire projectiles shot out by the player

-orbinauts now play the proper exploding animation

-fixed certain aspects for the newly packed in player skins
